Responsible

Improve existing products to enhance performance, reduce cost, or resolve technical issues.
Investigate customer claims and implement corrective measures.
Conduct product tests (Performance, Reliability, Life Test).
Prepare and revise Specifications, Drawings, and BOM.
Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram.
Prepare test reports and propose improvement actions.
Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
Support Trial and Pilot Run activities.
Improve design or process for manufacturing efficiency (DFM).
Coordinate with Production, QC, and Purchasing to resolve technical issues.
Manage ECR/ECN processes.
Maintain technical documents according to quality system requirements.
Support internal and external audits.

More qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience in product or process development.
Have experience in solving production issues or customer claims is an advantage.
Able to read and create engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of engineering analysis methods.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
CAD or engineering analysis software skills are a plus.
